(“Heliaca Investments”), a family-owned investment company based in the Netherlands, today announces the signing of a strategic investment agreement with Landi Renzo S.p.A. (“Landi Renzo”) to combine Landi Renzo’s “Green Transportation” business segment (“GT Business”) with WFSI .
